Credit Card Refund or Void

You can use the following procedure to void or refund a credit card transaction.

1. Open the original invoice from "Invoices" page.
   
2. Click on the credit card payment transaction number to open the card transaction window.
   
3. Click 'void' or 'refund'.
   
4. Enter the credit card number of the customer'
   
5. Click OK.
