How to Clear Browser Cache

The information your browser stores is sometimes incomplete or corrupt. Deleting your browser's cache and cookies will often fix Imonggo issues. In some cases, it may be necessary to clear your cache more than once.

For instructions, please select your browser below:

In Firefox 3.0 for PCs:

Log out of Imonggo and close all other open browser windows.
Click the Tools menu at the top of your browser and select Clear Private Data...
Select the Cookies and Cache checkboxes.
Click Clear Private Data Now.

In Firefox 3.5+ for PCs:

Click the Tools menu.
Click Clear Recent History.
Expand the details.
Select the Cookies and Cache checkboxes.
Click Clear Now.

In Firefox 3.0 for Macs:

Log out of Imonggo and close all other open browser windows.
Click the Firefox menu at the top of your browser and select Preferences...
Select the Privacy tab.
Click Clear Now... at the bottom of the dialogue box.
Check the boxes next to Cache and Cookies in the new dialogue box.
Click Clear Private Data Now.

In Firefox 3.5+ for Macs:

Log out of Imonggo and close all other open browser windows.
Click the Firefox menu at the top of your browser and select Preferences...
Select the Privacy tab.
Click the clear your recent history link.
Click the triangle next to 'Details" to expand the menu.
Check the boxes next to Cache and Cookies.
Click Clear Now.

In Internet Explorer 6.x:

Log out of Imonggo. Close all other open browser windows.
Click the Tools menu at the top of your browser, and select Internet Options.
Click the General tab at the top of the dialogue box.
Click Delete Files under Temporary Internet files.
Select Delete all offline content by checking the box.
Click OK.

In Internet Explorer 7:

Log out of Imonggo and close all other open browser windows.
Click Tools > Internet Options.
Select the General tab.
Click Delete under Browsing History.
Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files.
Click Delete Cookies.
Click OK.

In Internet Explorer 8:

Log out of Imonggo and close all other open browser windows.
Click Tools > Delete private browsing history.
Click the box next to 'Temporary Internet files' and 'Cookies.'
Click Delete.

In Safari:

Log out of Imonggo. Close all other open browser windows.
Open the Safari menu on your browser's toolbar.
Select Empty Cache.
Click Empty in the dialogue box.

Other browsers

We're sorry, but other browsers are not fully supported by Imonggo, and may not work properly with all Imonggo features and functions.
