How to install a previous version of Chrome for Windows

You may want to switch to Safari because it also works with Store v3. But if you prefer to continue using Chrome, you can revert your Chrome internet browser to an older version, follow the steps below.

How to Uninstall Chrome

  1. Close all open Chrome browsers.

  2. Go to Control Center -> Programs and Features and find Google Chrome in the list of programs, and click Uninstall. Please leave "Also delete your browsing data" unchecked to preserve any saved data (like unsynced sales invoices) in the cache. If the browsing data is deleted at uninstall, you will lose this data and will not be able to retrieve them later.

After it uninstalls, restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

How to Install an older version of Chrome

A. Download an older version. For 32-bit systems click here. For 64-bit systems click here.

To know your system type, right-click on This PC on the File Explorer window, and click Properties.

B. After you download the installer, run it, and the installation begins.
