End user has forgotten password

I have installed an imonggo based POS system for a customer, however they have now forgotten their manager account password.

I have tried using the password reset however it says the account isn't there with that ID?

I set up the account using that email etc, so unsure as to why this is happening, can someone look into this and get back to me!?!
