trying to delete a group of outdated stock items - get the confirmation dialog and click OK; deleted item doesn't go away.
NO error message.

created new product, and deleted it, just fine

    Hello Ross.

Thank you for your inquiry. That seems odd. If you refresh the page, is the item still there?

    Regards,
    Peter

    Hi
    yes - item remains.

I have tried on 4 different devices - same behaviour.

actually, what I REALLY like to do is "expire" the item - leave in the product list, but remove from display/purchase in the store. I asked for that capability over a year ago - any progress in having it included?

looks like it was created before April last year (first sale April 19) -- the web interface does not show creation date.

    Hello.

Thank you for the information. For some reason, we don't seem to be able to see your issue. Can you do the following?

    1. Try logging in using a different browser and see if it still happens. If you're using Chrome, try Safari.

    2. Try opening the error console log and see if something appears. If you are using Chrome, go to the Options (three horizontal lines at upper right) the go to More Tools -> Javascript Console. Send me a screenshot if you see any error while deleting an item.

    Regards,
    Peter

    Hi Ross,

This issue has been escalated to developer. It seems that it is some how related to tags. A fix is being develop and will be released soon.

For the moment, You might like to try to edit the product, remove the tags first, save; then to delete the product again.

    Best regards,
    imonggo Support Team
