Hi.

This is in response to your phone support query.

Please set-up the receipt for credit card in Office>>>Control Center>>>Setup Credit Card Processing.

You can type your own charge slip footer there.

Regards,
peter

Hi Peter - thank you for your response; however, we do have it set up to
    read Customers Signature X:____________________
I agree to pay the total amount above according to my card issuer
agreement. The problem is that it is printing the cash receipt rather that
registering it as a credit card receipt.

    Hi.

Are you using our credit card processing solution (Authorize.net), or are you using an alternative separately? Also, are you using a professional receipt?

    HI.

The developers have suggested that I should ask for:

    1. Screenshot of your credit card set-up screen
    2. Screenshot of your Customize Invoice Printing screen
    3. Screenshot or picture of invoice

    Regards,
    Peter
