Peter, Having additional problems with the printer. Today it won't automatically print the receipt even though it is marked to automatically print. Also the printer stopped printing on the 72x2000 setting and is back to us letter. How do I fix this? I remember having to fix this before and you were able to help.

Thank you for your inquiry. A browser update may have turned off
your popup. Please close popup blocker so the receipt can popup and
you can print in store,

The popup blocker is not on and it is still not printing automatically even though we have it marked to print automatically in Imonggo. Sincerey, Deena

Thank you for the information. An update to Store v3 affected it
so that it does not trigger the print window. While we are fixing
it, you can push CTRL+P on your keyboard. We will update you

We have fixed the printing issue on Store v3. Please tell us if

Hello, we are having the same problem on immongo in google chrome. When you complete a transaction there is no pop up receipt that come up any more. Any ideas when this will get fixed? We have to keep going into the office to print receipts.

Thank you for your inquiry. Please check if your internet
browser blocks all popups, or popups from Imonggo. If it does, no
receipt can print from Store.

Thank you for your inquiry. You can try going to Office ->
Control Center -> Customize Invoice Printing and turn off the
setting Automatically close after printing.
Recent updates to the browser have made some functions moot. We
are upgrading the features to fit with browser updates.
